Rincon AI builds AI operating systems and automations for businesses. We are based in Tucson, Arizona, and we work with businesses in Tucson and the cities around it, the Phoenix metro, Albuquerque and Santa Fe, Salt Lake City and the cities around Denver.
Jonathan Cavner, founder
Before Rincon AI, Jonathan spent more than two decades building identity, portal and payments systems in regulated financial services. He knows how the work inside a business gets done, how to ship production systems, and how to explain them to the people who run the company.
eFunds 2000 to 2007
Technical lead on checks.com. Built the company's first high-availability web platform, worked as identity architect, and built a partner portal that grew to more than 250,000 users and 125 applications.
FIS Sixteen years
Identity and access development manager over 15 applications, leading a SOX-compliant enterprise identity program and Scrum and Kanban teams.
Navy Federal 2023 to 2026, through LeanCycl
Led the API Exchange internal and partner portal MVPs, then served as Release Train Engineer on the Oracle Cloud Core modernization.
How we work
We start with discovery: we map how the work really runs and sort every step before we build. If you already run on systems, we build agents inside them; if you do not, we build the operating system.

The name and the mark
Rincon AI is named for the Rincon Mountains on Tucson’s east side. The mark is those mountains, drawn with circuit traces running through them.
