What does the free start include?
You choose one of two. A free AI audit day: we spend a day with your team, map how the work really runs, and you leave with a ranked plan of where AI saves time. Or your first automation, built around the task you name on the call. Either way, you see the work before deciding on anything bigger.
What should I have ready?
Nothing formal. Come with the task that takes the most of your week, and the tools you use for it today.
What happens after the call?
If you chose the audit day, we schedule the day with your team, and you get the ranked plan at the end of it. If you chose the first automation, we send a short plan for it and build it. Then we talk about what comes next, if anything.
Who do you work with?
Owner-run service businesses and small teams: coaching businesses, artists and galleries, jewelers, home services, and teams that already run on Microsoft or Google tools.
Do you work onsite?
Yes: across the Tucson, Phoenix, Denver and Tampa Bay areas, in Salt Lake City and the Heber Valley in Utah each summer, and remotely everywhere else.
Is there any obligation?
