AI agent development for your business
An AI agent does a piece of work from start to finish: it reads what comes in, decides the next step, uses your tools and hands off to a person when it should. We build agents inside the systems you already run on, or inside a company operating system.

What we build
- Agents inside the tools you already use: your inbox, your calendar and your Microsoft or Google workspace
- Booking and follow-up agents that offer real times from your calendar
- Drafting agents that prepare replies, invoices and reports for your review
- A handoff to a person whenever a decision needs one
Where we have built it
Rincon AI
Our own booking agent: text BOOK to (520) 552-1235 and it offers open times from our calendar and books a 30-minute call.
Cinch Cycling
A coaching operating system: client intake and consults, TrainingPeaks data, an athlete portal, billing, a skills library and quarterly plans.
Some Distant World
A company operating system for the art business: the sculpture catalog, galleries and delivery sheets, the lead pipeline, and a public portal with ChatGPT access.
How it works
Map how the work runs
Interviews, the data in your systems, and the documents you have.
Sort every step
Remove it, automate it, give it to an agent, or keep a person deciding.
Build and report
We measure the starting point, build, then report what changed.
Questions
How is an AI agent different from a chatbot?
A chatbot answers questions in a conversation. An agent does a piece of work: it reads, decides, uses your tools and finishes the job, or hands it to you.
Which tools can an agent work with?
The ones you already use, including Microsoft and Google workspaces, your calendar, your inbox and the systems your team runs on. Discovery finds where an agent helps most.
