AI training for employees, at your office, with a certificate
AI training for employees works best where the work happens. We train your team at your office, on the AI tools you already pay for and on each person's real tasks, from a half-day workshop to the four-session Rincon AI Workplace Certificate, which each person earns by automating part of their own job. Executive sessions are led by a PhD AI researcher who teaches executive AI programs at a major research university.

The classes
- AI executive session: what AI can and cannot do today, judging vendors' claims, risk, and choosing the first projects, led by a PhD AI researcher
- AI for owners: a written AI policy for your company, which tools to pay for, and where to start
- Team workshop: a half day with your team on the AI tools you already have, using their own work
- Workshop with a live build: a full day that ends with one working automation on a real task
- The Rincon AI Workplace Certificate: four sessions and a graded project on each person's own job
- Advanced: custom assistants, automations and agents, for the people who run operations
Who teaches
Jonathan Cavner, founder
More than two decades building partner portals and payments systems in regulated financial services, at eFunds and Fidelity National Information Services (FIS), then the API Exchange and partner portal at Navy Federal Credit Union.
A PhD AI researcher
Leads executive AI programs at a major research university and teaches our executive sessions.
The Rincon AI Workplace Certificate
Four sessions a week apart, with work on each person's own tasks in between. The first and last are at your office; the middle two can run live online. Each person finishes by automating part of their own job, and that graded project earns the certificate. It is a certificate from Rincon AI, not a vendor certification, and it names the work each person built.
- AI at your desk: the assistant your team uses, used well, and what to keep out of it
- Your work, written down: projects and custom assistants loaded with how your company works
- Automate one task: each person builds an automation on their own work
- Use it safely and keep it running: your AI policy, review, and the time it saves
Classes for each role
The certificate and the workshops are taught to the work each team does. Role modules:
- Front office: email, scheduling, documents and customer questions
- Trades office: dispatch, estimates, follow-up and AI phone answering
- Dental and medical front desk, with patient privacy built in
- Law firms, including the professional duties that come with using AI on client work
- Accounting and bookkeeping firms
- Real estate teams and property managers
Live online when it fits
The executive session, the middle sessions of the certificate and follow-up sessions after a workshop can run live online, on Zoom or Microsoft Teams. Clients outside our areas can take every class live online.
On the tools you already use
We teach on ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot or Google Gemini, whichever your team has. Microsoft and Google each offer an exam for business users; if your team wants a vendor credential as well, we prepare them for it.
How it works
See how your team works
We start with the AI audit day, or a shorter call for a single workshop, and pick the tasks worth training on.
Train at your office
Sessions on your team's own computers, tools and work, onsite in Tucson, Phoenix, Denver and the Tampa Bay area, and in Salt Lake City and the Heber Valley each summer.
Build and certify
Each person automates one of their own tasks. The graded project earns the Rincon AI Workplace Certificate.
Questions
Is it a certification?
It is a certificate from Rincon AI, earned on real work and graded. Certifications come from independent testing bodies; if your team wants one too, we prepare them for the Microsoft or Google exam for business users.
Do we need ChatGPT Enterprise or Copilot first?
No. We teach on the tools your team already has, and if you do not have one yet we help you choose. Setting up ChatGPT or Claude for the whole team is its own service.
Does it count for continuing education?
Not yet. Our classes do not carry continuing legal education or CPE credit today.
Where do you teach?
At your office, across the Tucson, Phoenix, Denver and Tampa Bay areas and in Salt Lake City and the Heber Valley in Utah each summer, and live online everywhere else.
Can we do it online?
Yes. The executive session and follow-up sessions run well online, and so do the middle sessions of the certificate. We keep the team workshop and the live build in person where we can, because that is where people get hands-on help with their own tools.
How do we start?
With a 30-minute call about what takes up too much of your week. Then you choose your free start: an AI audit day with your team, or your first automation built.
