Custom MCP servers that connect ChatGPT and Claude to your business
An MCP server is how an AI assistant like ChatGPT or Claude gets to work with your business: look up a client, check the schedule, log a sale. It runs on the same rules as your system, so the assistant can do what your team can do there and nothing more. We build one into every company operating system we deliver, and standalone MCP servers around the systems businesses already run on.

What we build
- An MCP server built into your company operating system
- A standalone MCP server around the system you already run on
- Tools for the real work: look up records, check availability, draft replies, log sales
- A focused set of tools for your business, so the assistant stays fast and accurate
- Access scoped to each person's job, with every client's data kept separate
- Connects to Claude or ChatGPT as a custom connector, signed in as each person
Where we have built it
Some Distant World
An MCP server on the art business's operating system: search the sculpture catalog, see where pieces are placed, log sales and build delivery sheets from an AI assistant. A public portal adds ChatGPT access for visitors.
Cinch Cycling
An MCP server on the coaching operating system: check availability, book consults and draft replies that reach athletes in TrainingPeaks, from an AI assistant.
How it works
Map how the work runs
Interviews, the data in your systems, and the documents you have.
Sort every step
Remove it, automate it, give it to an agent, or keep a person deciding.
Build and report
We measure the starting point, build, then report what changed.
Questions
What is an MCP server?
MCP, the Model Context Protocol, is the standard way AI assistants connect to other software. An MCP server is the connector on your side: it gives the assistant a defined set of tools to use with your data.
Do we need a company operating system first?
No. If you already run on a system, we build a standalone MCP server around it. If you do not, one comes built into the operating system we build.
Do we need a custom MCP server, or will a ready-made connector do?
If a tool you use already offers a connector for Claude or ChatGPT, start there. A custom server makes sense when your data lives in your own system, spans several tools, or needs rules a generic connector does not have.
Can it update records, or only read them?
Both. Reading and updating are separate tools, and each person gets only the ones their job needs.
Is my data kept separate from other clients?
Yes. Each client's data is walled off from every other client's, enforced automatically at every layer and checked on every change.
