Custom software development from our AI software factory
Our software factory is how we build custom software for your business. AI agents write the code and run the testing, our engineers direct the work and check it at the moments that matter, and the finished software goes live in stages you can plan around. It is the same factory we use to build our own operating system.

What we build
- Client portals, booking tools and internal apps built around how you work
- Mobile apps for iPhone, iPad and Android
- Dashboards and reports drawn from the systems you already use
- Connections between the software you already run
- New features and updates after launch, through the same factory
Where we have built it
Cinch Cycling
A coaching operating system: client intake and consults, TrainingPeaks data, an athlete portal, billing, a skills library and quarterly plans.
Cinch Cycling
A native iPhone and iPad app for the athlete portal of Cinch's coaching operating system. It replaces Cinch's old app listing, so athletes who already have the app get the new one as an update.
Some Distant World
A company operating system for the art business: the sculpture catalog, galleries and delivery sheets, the lead pipeline, and a public portal with ChatGPT access.
rinconai.com
This site is our reference build: robots, sitemap, canonical addresses and structured data on every page, scored 98 to 100 for performance and 100 for SEO on Lighthouse at launch (2026-10-12).
What a software factory gets you
Custom software used to mean a large team, a long timeline and a large bill, so most small businesses bent their work to fit software someone else designed. A software factory changes that. AI agents do most of the writing and testing, so one experienced engineer can deliver what used to take a team, and software built around your business becomes something a small company can afford.
- Software shaped around how your business already runs
- Working screens early, so you react to the real thing
- Every change tested and checked before it goes live
- Written requirements, design decisions and a test record that stay with the software
- New features added the same careful way after launch, so the software keeps up with the business
Screens people enjoy using
We design before we build. For each new screen we lay out two or three genuinely different directions as working pages you can click, and you pick the one that feels like your business. Then we refine it: the type, the spacing, colors from your brand and images created for it.
Every screen goes through our design review, which scores it against a written quality bar before you see it. After the build, an agent compares screenshots of the finished screen against the design you picked, so what ships is what you chose.
How AI writes the code, in plain terms
Think of a building crew with a foreman. The plan comes first: we interview you, write down what the software has to do, and turn that into a checklist of what must be true when the work is done. AI coding agents then do the building, several at once, each in its own copy of the project so they never get in each other's way.
Our engineer is the foreman. They direct the agents, keep them on the plan and make the judgment calls an agent should not make on its own. The agents are fast; the plan and the foreman are what make the result dependable.
Testing and checks, done by AI
AI does the checking as well as the building. Agents write and run automated tests for every feature, open the real screens to confirm they work, and run the security checks. A second AI, from a different company than the one that wrote the code, reviews changes by risk, and changes touching payments, sign-in or client data separation are always sent to it.
When a change passes, the factory writes the record: what changed, what was tested and who reviewed it. Every problem we find becomes a new automated check, so the same problem is caught on its own the next time.
Where people make the call
A few decisions belong to people. You decide what gets built and which design direction to take. Our engineers set the rules the factory runs by and step in when it stops or flags something. Each night, an automated release captain moves the build that passed every check to production, watches it for 30 minutes and rolls back on its own if something breaks. New features can ship switched off until you decide to turn them on.
From finished to live
Finished work lands in a staging copy of your software first, where you try it before your customers see it. Then it ships to production. Urgent fixes take a fast lane that still runs the critical checks. After launch we keep the software running, and updates, fixes and new features go through the same factory.
How it works
Clarify
We interview you and write down what the software has to do before any code.
Design
Two or three directions as clickable screens; you pick one and we refine it.
Plan
The architecture is decided and written down, with a checklist of what done means.
Build
AI agents write the code against the plan, directed by our engineer.
Test and review
Automated tests, a check of the real screens, and an independent AI review.
Ship and improve
Staging, then production, then every lesson becomes a new automated check.
Questions
Is fast the same as careless?
No. Small changes move quickly through automated checks; anything touching your data or money gets the full process; emergencies get a fast lane that keeps the critical safety checks.
Do I need to understand the technology?
No. You tell us how the work runs and what you need, and you give feedback on working screens. The technical decisions are ours, and we explain them in plain terms.
What if we already have software?
We build around it. The factory connects to the systems you already run, and many projects add a portal, an app or a connection to what you have.
Is my data kept separate from other clients?
Yes. Each client's data is walled off from every other client's, enforced automatically at every layer and checked on every change.
